| This gorgeous 20 x 20 Pool House is based on our Bunkie design. It features a 40 degree roof pitch and a loft with two large dormers.
Designed to serve as both a pool house and a retreat for the customer's husband and teen-aged boys, this backyard "manshun" has a sleeping
area in the loft and an entertainment center with a large screen TV on the main level. |
| The enclosed area is 16 x 20 and the area under the overhang adds a nice 4 x 20 covered porch.
Also featured on this pool house are a pair of 6' double French doors with screens, triangular windows in the dormers and two double crank-opening
arch windows. |
| This pool house is constructed with
white low-maintenance siding, white steel doors, cedar windows and cedar trim.
All our pool houses come standard with 1/2" plywood roof sheathing and 2x4 SPF framing. Vinyl windows and
low-maintenance trim are also available on all our structures. |
