Materials and Workmanship
We guarantee our structures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. It is
the nature of wood to have small cracks, knots and splinters, and to shrink and swell slightly with changes in
moisture, and to show variations in color and grain. These conditions are not considered defects.
Errors and Omissions
We guarantee that our structures arrive complete and ready-to-assemble. We understand that
it is often difficult for us to immediately rectify a perceived error or omission on the
job site (particularly on weekends). We will therefore re-imburse
you up to $100 without prior approval for expenses incurred (either materials or labor). Please provide a brief explanation
and a copy of the receipts (if applicable).
