By First Submitting a Design
Use our design center to create or modify a design and then submit it using the
"Save/Submit Design with Questions" button in the design center. Provide us
with your personal information and any other comments, additions or questions
you might have and someone from our design center will respond as quickly as
possible. Once you have submitted your design, feel free to follow it up with a
phone call to ask additional questions, or to order your design. There is
absolutely no obligation to purchase.
Order by Phone
Call us toll-free at 1-800-959-3808 and one of our customer
service reps will be glad to take your order. They can design your structure
with you right over the phone and then instantly send you a design view drawing
and a no obligation quote.
You can order securely on the web either by clicking the order button on
a price page, or the design page where you have created a custom design. By
ordering on-line using the design center you are able to specify the exact
layout and positioning of doors, windows and options.
Once all your questions have been answered, and you decide that you wish to purchase your kit, we'll
send you a sales document recording the design and all the details relating to your kit
for your approval.
|Customize Your Structure
The pricing button will show a page with a
line drawing of the product in the photograph. You can customize this design
using the design center (click on the "customize this" button), or you can use
one of the links in the design center as a starting point.
In the design center, you can add, position and delete doors, windows and
options as well as change roof styles and structure size. Just use the
"Show/Update Pricing" button to see how your design modifications have changed
the price. After you have customized your structure, just click on the order
button to order your custom structure.

of 50% is required to confirm your order. Payment in full must be received
prior to shipping. Your final payment should be made by wire transfer, money
order or certified check. Other checks will require at least 5 business days to

Cancellation and Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns.
Once your order has reached the shop floor, no cancellation is possible,
however, if you have a last minute change, we will do our utmost to accommodate
your request. Depending on the circumstances, a surcharge may apply.
The time between the confirmation of your order and the ship date of your
structure is about 3 weeks. In the spring, this lead time can be a little longer.
You will be given a tentative ship date upon the
confirmation of your order. About one week prior to shipping, you will be given
an updated ship date. You will be contacted again as your structure is shipped
and given an estimated date of arrival (depending on your location, your
structure will arrive within 3 to 5 days). You will be contacted again by the
shipping company or the driver the day prior to the delivery. Please see our
