| This impressive 16 x 24 Pool House features a hip roof and three 6' full French double doors opening on to 4' covered overhang.
The enclosed interior space is a spacious 12 x 24 and features a bath / change room with a on-demand tankless LPG water heater for the shower. |
| Also incuded in this design is a kitchenette and a vaulted ceiling with fan. Please note that plumbing fixtures,
electrical and appliances are not included in our kits. |
| This pool house is constructed with
white low-maintenance siding, white steel doors, vinyl windows and cedar trim.
All our pool houses come standard with 1/2" plywood roof sheathing and 2x4 SPF framing. Vinyl windows and
low-maintenance trim are also available on all our structures. |
